in 2001 with the goal of helping the owners of small to medium sized
local businesses and non-profit organizations recapture their vision
and achieve their goals. We specialize not in particular industries
or business sectors but rather in the fundamentals that are at the

unbiased advice that is based on many years of experience as senior
business executives working in companies of varying sizes across a

Pooth, Managing Director and founder of
Pooth & Associates,
LLC, has over 20 years’ experience in Business
Management and Consulting. An Accredited
Associate of the Institute
for Independent Business, she has worked in both business-to-consumer
and business-to-business enterprises and
has developed a skill set that is remarkable
for both its breadth and depth. But while
Carena’s business competence is exceptional
in itself, her success is due just as
much to a fundamental personal trait: she cares about
people.
